30-Day Return Policy for Products Damaged During Shipping

If your product arrives damaged, please inspect it immediately upon delivery and note any damage when signing for the package. Please send clear photos of the damage to support@americannightvision.com on the day of delivery.

American Night Vision will cover all shipping costs for returning defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.

Important: Keep all original packaging for any items that need to be returned.

We are committed to ensuring you receive the correct, undamaged product as quickly as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please email us at support@americannightvision.com or call us at 1(800)-450-4342 as soon as possible.

  • Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund.
  • Orders canceled after shipment will be subject to our 30-day return policy and must be returned at the customer's expense.

Manufacturer Warranty Claims

All products sold by American Night Vision are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. If your product is defective or malfunctions within the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer directly to initiate a warranty claim. Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship but do not cover accidental damage or misuse.

American Night Vision does not process warranty claims directly, but we are happy to assist by providing necessary purchase documentation if required.
